授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	1990年前後の我が国のバブル、2000年代のアメリカのバブルをはじめ、これまでもバブルが次々に発生しては破裂し、各国経済や世界経済に深刻な影響を及ぼしてきた。こうしたバブルはなぜ発生するのか、特に2000年代のアメリカの住宅バブルを中心に、その発生?崩壊過程、家計や企業のバランスシートへの影響を考察する。 　経済学の高度に専門的な知識を用いる職業に就く場合、必要な訓練である。
授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	教室で、テキストを購読し、議論する。
事前?事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	事前には、テキストの指定された範囲を熟読し、事後にはノートを熟読し、十分理解しておくこと。
